Agreement Overview

By completing a purchase on Bosant.com, you agree to our terms and conditions, and a binding contract is entered into between Bosant Textile Group LLC and you as the customer. Please note that terms may be updated periodically, so we recommend reviewing them prior to each purchase.

Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in USD and include sales tax where applicable.
No hidden fees — all applicable costs such as product price, tax, and shipping are displayed clearly at checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any pricing errors. Promotional offers are valid while supplies last and within advertised time frames.

If an item is out of stock, we may partially fulfill your order and issue a refund for the missing items, or cancel your order if none can be fulfilled.

Discount Codes:

• Apply only to full-price items.

• One discount code per order.

• Misuse may result in cancellation.

Promotions requiring a minimum purchase (e.g., a free item) are only valid if the purchase criteria remain met. If a return causes these criteria to no longer be met, the value of the bonus item will be deducted from your refund.

• Size recommendations are general and may not suit all customers. Bosant is not responsible for incorrect size choices.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from actual appearance.

Order Confirmation & Binding Contract

Your order is binding once submitted. However, Bosant reserves the right to cancel in cases of evident errors (e.g., incorrect pricing or system faults).

Shipping & Delivery

• Free Shipping on orders over $110 USD

• Orders under $110 ship from $8.99 USD

• Shipping methods include USPS, UPS, and other tracked options.

• Delivery time: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Bosant is responsible for items until delivered to you. Once delivered, the buyer assumes responsibility.

Returns & Cancellations

• You have 30 days to return unused items for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in original packaging, with tags intact, and free from damage, odors, or pet hair.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility: a prepaid return label can be provided for $9.50 USD.

Refunds:

• Processed within 7–14 business days after your return is received.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Used or damaged items will be refunded based on their assessed value. Items missing original packaging or showing signs of wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations:
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for fast delivery, delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues. If you haven’t received your package within 21 days of your order, contact us to initiate a claim.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Notify us immediately if:

• Your package is marked delivered but not received.

• Items are missing or incorrect.

If we made a packing error, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement (subject to availability).

Warranty & Claims

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Claims must be reported with photo evidence. Abuse or misuse voids the warranty.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed shipments returned to us will incur a $18.00 USD restocking and handling fee.

Legal & Liability

Bosant reserves the right to pursue unpaid amounts through legal or collection means. Late payments may accrue interest and additional fees in accordance with U.S. law.

Privacy

Customer data is handled in accordance with U.S. privacy laws and is never sold or shared with third parties, except for order fulfillment and legal compliance.

Age Restrictions

You must be 15 or older to shop at Bosant.com. Klarna and other financing options require customers to be 18+.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If needed, you may contact the Better Business Bureau or initiate formal mediation.
