You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your item. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Our support team is happy to provide you with a prepaid return label. Please note: a $9.50 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The prepaid return label includes tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
Prefer to use your own shipping method? No problem — just remember, you’re responsible for the return until it’s safely received.

Returns are typically processed within 7–14 business days of arrival at our facility.

• Paid by card or PayPal? Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Paid using Klarna? The amount will be removed from your invoice or refunded if already paid.

• Avoid late fees: Contact Klarna.com if your invoice is past due.

Return Conditions

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and free from marks, odors, or pet hair.

If the item is returned in a used or incomplete state, we may issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
